Shipping and Handling

Shipping rates are calculated on the actual weight of your order and the method of delivery you choose. At check out, you will determine how quickly you would like your order delivered, and will see the total cost of shipping and handling. A tracking number will be provided to you in your confirmation email.

International shipping is available.

Return Policy

Hugrz™ will gladly accept returns within 90 days from receipt of purchase. We will accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. Please return items in original packaging and include the packing slip or invoice, so that we can process your refund. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping of returns.
